NOURISH YOURSELF WELL Naturopathic Nutrition
Transforming Your Health Naturally

Evidence-informed nutritional therapy for metabolic resilience, weight regulation and GLP-1 transition.

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in metabolic health and weight regulation.

My work focuses on supporting individuals with type 2 diabetes, cholesterol imbalance, high blood pressure and weight gain — with particular expertise in guiding those using GLP-1 weight-loss medications.

Through my structured framework, The MED PLATE Method™, I provide strategic nutritional and behavioural support both during treatment and throughout transition.

My approach is evidence-informed and physiology-led. I use food as foundational medicine, alongside practical guidance around sleep, stress resilience, movement and digestive health. Targeted supplementation and functional testing can be incorporated where appropriate, always with clear explanation and purpose.

I believe lasting change begins with understanding your biology — not battling against it. Education creates confidence, and confidence enables informed choice.  I will always explain the “why” behind each recommendation so you can work with your physiology, not against it.

My role is to guide you from symptom management towards genuine metabolic resilience, using structured, sustainable strategies that create lasting change.
